Shipping policy

Every JC Bradley Jewellers order ships fully insured, and a signature is required on delivery to keep your piece secure. Orders are sent via Canada Post Priority / Purolator Express or Fed Ex.

While we do our best to get your order to you quickly, delivery dates can't be guaranteed, and JC Bradley Jewellers isn't responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If you need your jewellery by a specific date, we suggest ordering at least 3-5 business days ahead of when you need it.
