Refund & Exchange Policy

At JC Bradley Jewellers, we want you to feel confident in every purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Items must be in original condition
  
• Items must be returned in original packaging
  
• Proof of purchase is required

All returns and exchanges are subject to approval at the sole discretion of JC Bradley Jewellers.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Custom-made or special-order jewellery
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 35% may apply to approved returns or exchanges.
