Watch Warranty

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect is not covered.

Platinum Protection Program

We offer a lifetime service plan covering:

  • Stone tightening and replacement (under conditions)
  • Cleaning, polishing, and inspections
  • Ring sizing and repairs

This program requires:

  • Regular inspections every 6 months
  • Valid documentation and proof of purchase
